Leading & Building Remote Teams

Learn how to create and sustain a strong, open and collaborative team culture for teams working in different geographical locations.

Due to the pandemic, more people than ever are working remotely and distributed across different geographical locations. As we are slowly moving into the new normal, with colleagues spread out in new constellations, finding new ways of collaborating has never been more important. Let’s explore the new way of working and  create the new normal together.

In English: September 13 - October 24

For who?

 
 

This course is for leaders and members of teams where some or all are working from different geographical locations, who wants to build a strong, open and effective team culture in an online setting. It is also for teams and organisations who wants to explore the possibility of a more flexible work setting, where working from home or other locations will be more frequent.

How?

 
 

During the 6 weeks we meet up once a week virtually in live sessions to explore new topics related to creating strong collaboration in remote teams. In between the sessions you get curated inspirational material, tools and methods to implement in your day to day work. During the weeks you also have the support of your online facilitator and the other course participants for feedback, tips and inspiration.

What will

When the course is over you will have new tools, methods and models to actively build and develop a strong remote team. You will have an overview of technical tools for communication, collaboration and innovation as well as models and knowledge of group dynamics, human behaviours and how to build a collaborative culture.

You will have experience in designing and facilitating online workshops and to create meaningful meetings in an online setting. Since we encourage implementation in your own team during the course, you will by the end of the course have taken some first important steps towards creating a strong and collaborative remote team culture.
