1 day course

Process Design & Facilitation

Learn how to create engaging and meaningful meetings and workshops, both online and offline.

Staying on top in today’s ever changing landscape is very much about an organization's ability to develop a culture of innovation, collaboration and co-creation. Developing your skills in creating and leading workshops, whether physical or digital, to support a group to achieve their purpose and goals has therefore become a sought-after skill.

Our course is based on our extensive experience within facilitation, as well as research and studies within effective and high-performing teams, facilitation, process design, workshop design, pedagogy, behavioral science, group dynamics and the social brain (SCARF). For the deepest learning possible, theory, practice and reflection are mixed during the day. You as a participant also get, through how the course leader facilitates the education, several concrete examples of professional facilitation and experience-based learning.

Next course date: April 15
